Policies & Guidelines

Deposit & Payment
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon final delivery. Full payment must be received before releasing the final files.
Revisions
  • Each request includes up to three drafts/revisions.
  • Additional revisions beyond the initial three will incur a fee, which will be determined based on the scope and complexity of the requested changes.
Rush Requests
  • Projects with tight deadlines may be subject to an rush fee depending on the scope and delivery timeline.
Budget Flexibility
  • I understand that every project is unique! If you have budget or timeline constraints, please feel free to discuss them, and I'll do my best to accommodate.
Client Responsibility
